Listen with your EYE
Do you think what purpose God created man equipped with a 2 Ear and 1 Mouth Mulut (2T-1M)? Why does not God created man with the number of mouth more than Ear, eg behind 2 Mouth 1 Ear?
Best of the logic according to some experts say that the psychological meaning behind the creation of man is in touch with the people that others should be more Listening (2 Ear) than talking (1 mouth). Law and this was very effective when applied in technical communication in all areas of life including the field of marketing.
As in the case of a marketing presentation to the prospect, more listening than talking will make you can get more information, more complete and more appropriate in meeting the needs of your prospects. When you speak the more prospects you are going to be controlling the atmosphere and will be seen that you are not concerned with the needs of prospects, so the opportunity to get the sales will be lost along with your passivity.
